This place is modern, with enough space, and the room had two single beds.

Room 306 over a busy road junction. Heavy traffic from 4.30 am. Washbasin in bathroom cracked, stained brown and unhygienic. Minimal tea, coffee and milk in the room. No fruit teas or caffeine free drinks. Breakfast hot food was tepid. Horrible fruit juices Shoe polisher had no cream ( It had none in February when we last visited ) TV out of date. Generally room needs to be refurbished and updated.

The location is convenient as it's close to Rotterdam and the Hague, surrounded by restaurants, and located in the downtown area near road junctions.

The room was new-fashioned and warm with a very comfy bed and with 2 single beds. This location was great and ideal, close to the restaurant, Rotterdam of aan het strand, and Ferry. The place was excellent value, no complains at all, can't recommend highly enough.

The hotel is just 300 meters away from our home. We had a friend from Taiwan coming and found that via Booked.net we could get a room 25% cheaper than by our direct negotiation. Our guest was charged Euro 100 extra as a "smoking fee". This was not for a smoking facility but as a penalty for smoking a sigaret in the room. A simple warning would have been the way instead of this very unfriendly action against a foreign tourist.

The location of this place is fantastic and unbeatable, close to everything and with a good variety of food options nearby; overall, it was an excellent stay even with the window open all night.

The restaurant plus reception area excellent. Hotel rooms very poor and old. Stayed in the same hotel 10 years ago and I am wondering if they ever changed the shower curtains since my last visit. Beds are horrible! Food great plus service great!!

The staff really did everything possible to accomodate our wishes. Good breakfast.

The rooms looked a little bit tired. Could use some modifications.No soap in bathroom to wash your hands. When asked for soap(hand) we got the advice to use the shower gel as no soap was available.

Convenient location close to Keukenhof gardens so you can easily check them out 🌷. the rooms were tidy and had two single beds, just what we needed. the staff was super helpful and friendly for a great experience.

The Fletcher hotel is excellent value for money. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Also the rooms are very quiet as I never heard any noise from the neighbouring rooms. Breakfast was included in the low price and it was ok. It was a standard buffet breakfast.

We've stayed at Fletcher Hotel before and despite the old dated furniture, we always find a comfortable room. the flat TV screen offers a good selection of Dutch, German, and English channels. the room is spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom has twin basins. There are plenty of plugs, except on the desk where there is only one for the light, kettle, or computer. The restaurant serves excellent meals, especially the meat dishes. Cons: Nothing, all excellent. ✨.
